This smoothie is perfect as a meal replacement for breakfast or lunch, especially for those over 60 looking to thrive with a balanced, nutrient-dense diet. I made this smoothie for my breakfast as I get ready to exercise and start my day.

Morning Power Smoothie Recipe:


  • 1 banana

  • 10 pitted cherries

  • 3 slices pineapple

  • 1 1/2 handfuls fresh baby spinach

  • 1 scoop Amazing Grass, Amazing Protein, Digest, Mayan Chocolate Flavor

  • 1 scoop Ancient Nutrition Vanilla Collagen

  • 1/4 avocado

  • 1 tsp bee pollen

  • 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 tsp mushroom coffee powder

  • Dash of cinnamon

  • Dash of sea salt

  • Drizzle of raw honey

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • Water as needed

  • 2 ice cubes

  • 1 tsp sweetened cacao nibs


  1. Prepare Ingredients: Ensure all ingredients are measured and ready to go. Pit the cherries if not already done.

  2. Blend Base Ingredients: Add the banana, cherries, pineapple, baby spinach, avocado, coconut milk, and water to the blender.

  3. Add Powders and Seeds: Add the Amazing Grass protein powder, Ancient Nutrition collagen, bee pollen, chia seeds, mushroom coffee powder, cinnamon, and sea salt.

  4. Sweeten and Add Ice: Drizzle in the raw honey and add the ice cubes.
