Breakfast for Dinner: Indulge in Flaxjacks Delight

flaxjacks

Breakfast for Dinner has never been more exciting than with Kate Magic's Flaxjacks recipe. The simplicity and nutrient-rich ingredients make it a delightful choice for any time of day. While I can't share the exact recipe here, I encourage you to discover it in "Raw Magic, Recipes for the Revolution" by Kate Magic herself. This book is a treasure trove of energizing and original raw recipes, accompanied by captivating photos and valuable insights into the raw food diet and superfoods. I love this book!

For the recipe. I prepared this modified version of the Flaxjacks recipe, which can be found on page 196, Chapter 8. This recipe uses just 4 ingredients and is super simple to make. I’m not going to share the recipe here out of respect for Ms. Magic. However, I do suggest you purchase a copy of her book for yourself. Just click here for a copy of Raw Magic!

In addition to using a batch of the prepared ingredients from the Flaxjack recipe, gather the remaining ingredients, including Enerhealth Botanicals Cocoa Mojo (or raw cacao powder), and chocolate flavored SweetLeaf Liquid Stevia. In a food processor, combine all the ingredients and mix until they form a well-combined and dough-like consistency. Spread the mixture over dehydrator trays, scoring it into cracker or flap-jack shapes. Dehydrate for approximately 6-8 hours, then flip over and continue drying for another 4-6 hours, or until dry but still flexible.

Now comes the exciting part—serving! Warm Flaxjacks are best enjoyed with coconut butter softened, fresh cut bananas, kiwi, and blueberries. Top it all off with a drizzle of organic Grade B maple syrup for a touch of decadence. The combination of textures and flavors in this meal is simply sensational.
