Frozen Peach Blueberry Yogurt Bark
A colorful, freezer-friendly summer treat with peaches, blueberries, yogurt, and optional nuts or seeds.
Fun Friday: Frozen Peach Blueberry Yogurt Bark
Fun Friday should actually be fun.
This recipe takes about five minutes to assemble.
It looks beautiful.
It is cold and refreshing.
And it gives you something easy to keep in the freezer.
It is also flexible.
Use dairy yogurt.
Use plant-based yogurt.
Swap the nuts.
Leave out sweetener.
Use what works for you.

Frozen Peach Blueberry Yogurt Bark
Ingredients
- 2 cups plain Greek-style yogurt or thick plant-based yogurt
- 1 ripe peach, thinly sliced or diced
- ½ cup blueberries
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts, pistachios, or pumpkin seeds
- Optional: a light drizzle of maple syrup or honey
Directions
- Line a small baking sheet or flat freezer-safe dish with parchment.
- Spread the yogurt into an even layer about ¼ to ½ inch thick.
- Scatter the peaches and blueberries over the top.
- Add the nuts or seeds.
- Add a very light drizzle of sweetener if using.
- Freeze until firm, usually about 3 to 4 hours.
- Break into pieces.
- Store in a freezer-safe container.

Why I Like It
You get the freshness of August fruit in a form that feels like dessert without needing to bake anything.
If you use a higher-protein yogurt, it can also be more satisfying than a fruit-only frozen treat.
You can also change the recipe throughout the year.
Try:
- Strawberries
- Blackberries
- Mango
- Kiwi
- Chopped nuts
- Seeds
- Cinnamon
The base stays the same.
The fruit changes.
That is exactly the kind of recipe I love.
Simple.
Flexible.
Repeatable.
